book winners & another giveaway

Thanks for all your lovely comments on the book post… I actually wondered if I would actually get any interest in a lightly read book giveaway post, so I was quite happy to see your comments. :) The winners of the books are…

Grayson by Lynne Cox – LeAnn
The Lucky One by Nicholas Sparks – Gracie
Knitting Under the Influence by Claire LaZebnik – craftytammie
The Smart One and the Pretty One by Claire LeZebnik – Tiffany
The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs – Katie
Knit Two by Kate Jacobs – Cami

Ladies, send me your snail mail addresses and I will get these into the post (via media mail :) to you. Thanks!

Still working on packing & organizing over here (something I am not particularly good at)… At least I have some fun stuff like painting & decorating to look forward to :)

I found a couple more things in my studio that I thought someone else might appreciate more than me.

Some lovely Debbie Bliss Pure Cotton yarn in 2 shades… (The one on the right is a full skein, but the other 2 are not quite complete skeins.)

And an apron I made, but never wore (except to take a picture)…

Don’t mind the wrinkles, I am moving so ironing is not high on my list of priorities :)

Just leave a comment on this post saying which you would like (the apron or the yarn) and I will draw 2 names on Monday Wednesday afternoon maybe Sunday or Monday (things are a bit crazy with the move…).

  1. Look how sweet you are, giving away your extras. If you were to draw my name, I’d love the yarn. The apron is beautiful…I’m just right there with you, I already have a couple I’ve made and haven’t even worn.

  2. I would love to win your pretty pretty apron! Thank you for your gracious giveaway! Now I’m checking out the rest of your blog!

  3. The yarn is beautiful – my daughter knits and I know she could make something beatiful. Thankyou Chara. Thanks S.

  4. I would choose the yarn if I were lucky enough to win. Thanks for hosting the giveaway.

  5. I would like that apron. Very much so. It would make me look ridiculously awesome while I make pie.

  6. I just saw a tutorial for crochet cotton washcloths. That yarn is beautiful and would be perfect! Your apron is also gorgeous. :) Thanks for the giveaway!

  7. Hmmm, that is what i am supposed to be doing organizing and purging in the craft room not blog surfing! I love the apron, perfect for spring.
