After my post on my fabric addiction I though I would do a little fabric scraps giveaway :) To be honest, I keep my fabric scraps but I hardly ever actually use my scraps. Since I know I am not going to use all of them, I thought it might be fun to give away two small packs of scraps to two people who might actually use them :) All of these scraps are definitely big enough to use for piecing/patchwork. (I only included ones that were big enough to really use, so there are some fairly decent sized pieces in these.)
Each pack has slightly different fabrics/sizes, but both have a fair amount of moda & freespirit fabrics in them. A few of the fabrics I included in each were some Amy Butler, Denyse Schmidt, Urban Chicks, Anna Maria Horner, a little bit of Modern Folklore, and a bunch of other good quality cottons.
To enter the giveaway just leave a comment telling me what you would use these scraps for :) I will draw 2 winners on Monday (the 24th) in the later afternoon… Tuesday the 25th in the morning… (Monday just got too busy).
I am in the process of making an apron to wear at my craft fairs, but I’m using nothing but scraps for it! These would go great.
I do NOT need more fabric, but these look so cute! I’m working on a quilted seat cushion for my desk chair, so I’d probably use some of the scraps for that.
Oh, you know I love scraps! I’d love to use them in my fantasy scrappy 9-patch quilt. I’ve got a drawer full of 2.5″ strips just waiting for some free time. :-)
Since these mostly look un-girly, they’d go into the scrappy quilts I’m making for my boss’s grandsons.
I would love to make a baby quilt or a small wall hanging for my upcoming baby!
I make quilted notebooks so I can always use more scraps I also have plans for a scrappy nine patch quilt, someday…
I would love to use this fabric in a quilt. I am in the process of starting my first quilt and know this fabric would look so good in it!
Iwould use these beauties in my scrappy-spiderweb I just started. The colors would be perfect!
Being so thrifty aka pooooor I hardly have any scraps big enough to do much with. I would love to try make a 9 patch quilt for my future babys cot/crib. It might keep me going through all the hard work of getting to that stage of having a baby!
don’t include me in the drawing unless you REALLLLLY want to. I have lots of fabric I can’t find time for. ;-)

Oh I love scraps! I’d use them as part of the patchwork for a set of cloth napkins/placemats/dishtowels that I want to make for my sister in law. Thanks :)

Those are such pretty scraps. I really enjoy making scrap quilts, because I am not a good judge of how much to buy, and scraps make it easy. those scraps look like they would be good for yoyo quilt I want to make.
I have so many scraps, I probably shouldn’t even be commenting on this, but I can never resist someone else’s goodies!
how fun! I truly don’t need any, looks like others could use them more, but you have reminded me that I should probably go through my scraps.
I would use these to make scrappy placemats for my table! I am just learning to quilt and I am in love with all kinds of fabric! I love it and love to collect it!
