My new camera!Isn’t it darling! You would think it was a film camera, until you look at the back & realize it is actually digital! Squeal! I love it :) I was doing a bit of a “trial” run with it to make sure I wanted to keep it, but I am pretty sure I am keeping it :) It doesn’t replace my professional equipment, but I wanted some a little smaller & compact to take every day photos just for myself (lugging my Canon 5d Mark II around in my purse with my favorite lenses just wasn’t working for me ;).

Just for fun – next to my canon…Anyways, I wanted something smaller however the thing is a point & shoot wasn’t going to cut it for me. I shoot everything on manual and couldn’t stand to give up that control. Plus I wanted something that was small but would take photos that looked like they could have been taken on my 5d Mark II. So instead of a point & shoot I got this sweet little camera that lets me shoot completely on manual & is pretty awesome. Loving being able to carry a camera again on a daily basis (even while trying to manage the dog!) & take more photos just for myself!
